Raymond Lei is the Founder & CEO at Scalable, a company that builds e-commerce infrastructure for entrepreneurs. Born and raised in California, Raymond was inspired to improve the online shopping experience after an interaction ordering t-shirts for his high school tennis club. After two years at UC Berkeley, he dropped out to focus full-time on bringing his vision to life.

With just $2,000 to start with in high school, Raymond bootstrapped his way to over $100M in revenue to-date and nearly 1,000 employees, and having still never taken outside funding.

In a modern digital rematch of David vs. Goliath, Raymond’s vision is to empower businesses of any size to compete against e-commerce giants like Amazon.
